I love furry, four-legged friends!

Pet care experience

I grew up with a sweet chocolate lab, Petey, who I walked daily and helped care for into his older years as he struggled with dementia and arthritis. Since his passing in 2019, I have been missing the loving energy of pups and am looking forward to playing fetch with yours! I have cared for dogs of friends and family, fulfilling of all dog related responsibilities including walks, meals, medicine administration, and play time!

This was our first time using Rover, and first time we left Boone with a sitter that wasn’t immediate family. Grace spent 4 days with Boone in our house and everything went great! We received pictures throughout her stay, and he went for a run with her too! The house was very tidy when we came back as well. We will rebook in the future for sure!

Grace was amazing with my little girl and even got her to eat food after a couple days of not wanting to eat !

Grace was a huge help to us. She made fast friends with our dog, Nala, and took good care of our house while we were out of town. Grace was super responsive via text and sent us photos throughout the weekend. She also went the extra mile by taking Nala on nature walks. We would certainly hire her again!

Safety, trust & environment

As the cutest and most adored member of the family, I put pets' needs and safety first. I am more than happy to send update pictures to keep owners informed. I think treats are a great form of encouragement for good behavior and I ensure that I know each pet's specific routines so they can be as comfortable as possible. For walks and drop by visits, I am comfortable with typical tasks like walks, meals, playtime, and medicine administration. For overnight stays, I can also assist with typical house chores like collecting mail or watering plants while keeping your pets company and safe 24/7.

Information Grace C. would like to know about your pet

Let me know if your dog has any special needs or behavioral considerations so that I can be prepared to care for them as best as I can. Additionally, if there are any activities they particularly like (ie. going for runs or hikes instead of walks, snuggles on the couch, or going to a dog park to socialize with other dogs), that would help me to prepare and find fun spots for them to explore!

A typical day

I am a big proponent of thorough walks with lots of time to explore and smell every plant. If your dog(s) are higher energy, I also enjoy running and hiking and would love to be their exploration companion. I am a firm believer that a game of tug of war or a good belly scratch can brighten a pups day. Lastly, I think quality relaxation time with dogs, simply keeping them company can go a long way:)

I just graduated from Ohio State University this past spring and am now working full time. However, as a recent grad, I have very few commitments on the weekends and would love to spend that time caring for your pup(s)!
