Pet care experience
Hello! I am currently a part time college student, and would love to spend some time helping to take care of your pup! My schedule is very flexible. I grew up around dogs, and have always had a passion for animals. I am actually interested in becoming a veterinarian. I have plenty of experience with taking care of dogs and meeting individual needs. I grew up with a golden retriever, Quincy, who had epilepsy. Some of my earliest memories are of taking care of him. While at away at college, I take care of two lovely dogs, Rosie and Rico. My responsibilities while watching them include feeding, walks, and administering medication, as both have a thyroid condition. Rosie is a senior dog and Rico is dog-aggressive so I have had to learn how to meet their specific needs. I'm extremely patient and a fast learner, and I would love to get to know your pup!

Gracie has cared for my dog twice, for quite a few days/nights in a row. When I pick him up, it's clear he'd prefer that I move in with Gracie's family than take him home with me. She takes him on great outdoor adventures, and when she's thinking of taking him somewhere we hadn't discussed, she contacts me first. Very communicative, upbeat, dog-loving, and understanding of my elderly dog's delicate digestion.
Grace was lovely to interact with, and my dog was clearly extremely comfortable in her house. The whole family are dog lovers, and I'm sure he got a lot of attention. She took him on some adventures, checking with me before each. She sent updates and pictures several times a day. Grace was very understanding and accommodating of my elderly dog's special needs.
Grace was amazing! She really helped us out by being available so last minute to watch our furry family!
Grace has been walking my two dogs since September. She is reliable, responsible, intelligent, pleasant, and kind. Best of all, she's so sweet to my doggies, giving them tons of love and never complaining about putting on their coats and even boots in winter. I trust her completely with my dogs, and enthusiastically recommend her as a dogsitter/dogwalker.

I'd like to know if your pup is dog or people-aggressive, just in case we meet anyone on our walks. Is he or she wary of new people or does he love to make new friends? How does your pup do in the car?
A typical day
I would love to know what your pets favorite toys and places to walk are! If you are comfortable, I do have a car so I am able to take your pup on little adventures. Some of my favorite spots to explore are Thacher Park and the Huyck nature preserve.

I am currently a part-time student at UAlbany, studying biology. I have early mornings, afternoons, and evenings free to spend time with your pets! My schedule is currently very flexible!
