Pet care experience
I am extremely passionate about animals and providing quality pet care! I love dogs of any size, age, or breed. Dogs have always been a part of my family life since I was child, so learning how to care for and interact with them in a positive way has been ingrained in my upbringing. Beyond caring for, walking, and training my own dogs, I also have experience dog sitting and walking for friends and family members, including senior dogs and dogs requiring special care such as administering medication. In addition, I have volunteer experience in both veterinary and animal shelter settings, and I am currently a volunteer at the Truckee-Tahoe Humane Society. I am excited to share my years of experience and love for dogs with you and your four-footed family members!

Grace is very dependable and has helped my new puppy during the day while I’m at work. She is super friendly and her pictures and the report card that she sends after her visits are thoughtful, I can tell that she cares about my puppy. I’m glad that I found her!
Grace has been walking our foster dog 2x/ week for the past month. He is still learning to be on a leash, but have noticed improvement in his healing, staying and anxiety each week thanks in large part to Grace. She takes the time to listen about what is tripping him up during our walks and gives us a full report on his behaviour during her walks. This allows us to reinforce each other's corrective measures. Top that with the fact our dog is super happy to see Grace and we have a winning combination! We have decided to continue having Grace walk our dog, even though our lives aren't as hectic, purely for his continued socialization.
As a first time rover user and visiting from out of town I was very hesitant about the idea, but Grace’s warm, kind and honest demeanor made her an easy choice. She was very polite, punctual and sent me updates. Kima came back happy as be; I definitely recommend her.
Our foster dog is a work in progress. Despite his fear of strangers, by day two he enjoyed seeing Grace. She even helped on teaching him heel and stay commands. While I may not need a dog walker everday, we believe it is so worth her coming weekly to keep up his socialization with others.
