Fenced in yard-overnight care

Pet care experience

I am an elementary school Speech-Language Pathologist and am looking to do some part-time dog walking/dog sitting work in the evenings, on weekends, and for overnights. I have had family dogs since I was born and my family currently has a 10-year-old golden retriever back home in Maine. She lived with me in college where I was the sole caregiver for her. I dog sat for a golden retriever in Vermont for two years, and recently cared for a 4-month-old hound puppy for two weeks. I have always been comfortable around dogs and am very active with them. I spent the past 3 summers dog sitting through Rover for both older dogs and puppies. I am allergic to cats and cannot care for them, but I have experience with fish, hamsters, chickens, and reptiles.

I had an awesome first experience with Grace and Ian! First of all they were able to take my puppy with a one day notice so I was extremely greatful for that. Secondly, they made it very easy to leave my dog with two people I didn't know. They were extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable leaving my pup under their care. He came home exhausted from the walks and all the playing he was able to do! 10/10 would take my pup to hang out with Grace and Ian again.

Grace and Ian were so kind and loving to our Babies, Mugs and Logan. We had a great experience and will recommend them to all our friends with fur babies.
