My name is Grace and I am new to Rover, I love dogs and cats and have a soft spot for homeless animals. I recently returned from living abroad for 13 years with my rescue dog Sara and my 7 rescue cats. With a lot of love and determination and the help of countless people, we all made it to Winnipeg safe and sound. I was a host on Airbnb and opened my home to travelers with dogs and cats because I know how important it is to have a safe place to stay for our pets when on vacation. I also fostered in my home homeless dogs in need of urgent housing due to injuries and malnutrition.. My pets are just like my family and I would not want anyone who did not feel the same way as I do to take care of them.
