Unparalleled service in not only taking care of your pet(s); also take care of your home, yard, pool, etc. Have personally had 6 Vizsla breed dogs, 2 have been rescues. Our dogs are spoiled, as they should be. VIzslas have been nick-named "the velcro dog", they are not pets but constant companions. This compassion and care carry over to your pets. It has been said that "a tired dog is a happy dog", and I agree. Exercise, play-time, walking, just being there for your dog (and you). Flexible and customizable care for you and your pet(s). Retired professional - 30 year career with a well-known company - providing quality in-home care for your pets when needed while you are away at work, travelling or whatever your need may be. Flexible and experienced with special needs care, one of our rescues required twice daily insulin injections the last 2 years of his life. It's my pleasure to assist you and your pets.

Gordon, was a great house sitter and pet stiller(cats and a dog). He is very reliable and excellent with our babies. He also sent us updates and pictures while he was watching them. He also kept the place super clean and even cleaned up the place while we were gone. Above and beyond!!! We highly recommend Gordon.

As SE regional rescue coordinator for Hungarian Vizslas and also Weimaraners, and being very familiar with versatile gun dog breeds, I knew Gordon had to be special in his experience and understanding of this breed. Having other Vizslas, and meeting him and his family. it quickly was evident that we had no worries about his adopting our beloved Zeus! During the meet and greet with you and your pet(s), I would like to find out your pet's personality - i.e. any past aggressive behavior(s), fears, phobias, allergies, medications. etc. In addition to this your pet's veterinarian, your personal emergency contact information and any other pertinent information to successfully care for your pet(s) in your absence.
A typical day
Depending upon your preferences I will walk your dogs either in their known environment and neighborhood, dog park(s) of your preference or in my neighborhood (quiet streets). I enjoy long peaceful walks around quieter areas, lakes, shorelines, etc. The occasional jog or easy run with a willing canine partner is also enjoyable. If your dog like to play fetch with a ball, toy or stick, I'm up for that too.
