PERSONAL UNCONDITIONAL DOG LOVER
Pet care experience
Hi there, my name is Gloria! I have my Bachelors of Sciences degree in Animal sciences, with an emphasis in companion animals from Virginia Tech (GO HOKIES!). I have dog and house sat for over 10+ years all though out college and post grad with breeds ranging from chihuahuas to great danes and pit bulls! My goal is to provide your pet(s) an enjoyable experience at the comfort of your home that allows you to feel confident and at peace while you're away. Depart stress free on that dreaded business trip, or better yet, take that time off for you and your family and to go on that amazing vacation that you've been dreaming of all these years! I honor owners wishes in terms of methods of discipline and reward as I am a firm believer of consistency in training when keeping expectations. Feeding dogs human food and smoking in the house (or in general), are personal deal breakers for me, as they go against my morals and values. Bottom line: I would honestly LOVE your dog/cat(s) for free if I could, but saving up to apply to PA school isn't going to happen overnight! I am HONORED for the opportunity to take care of your best friend(s) as I would my own, and I can't wait to meet one if the most important member of your family!
Reviews
Gloria did a fantastic job for us! She dog sat our girls while my husband and I were in Europe. We never worried about them. She did a great job sending pictures and updates! ? Our dogs would be happy to have her come stay again any time!
Gloria is SO passionate about animals! But definitely dogs in particular. She has so much love to give, and yet she knows how to remind dogs of boundaries in giving proper discipline. I truly trust Gloria with my dog Gus, and couldn't ask for a better dog sitter for him! So thankful for this talented woman.
When I first got my pup Kenny, I often had to work long hours and had no one to watch for him, as I lived alone. Gloria would come walk him, take him to the park, and give him lots of love. I would recommend Gloria for anyone looking for a companion for their furried love one.
Gloria is amazing with out pups! We always know they are well taken care of and gettingogs of love while we are gone. She's reliable, respsonible, and loves our pups like they are her own. I highly recommend Gloria!

Information Gloria C. would like to know about your pet
For my initial meet and greets, I always ask for the following: > General history and physical of the dog(s) > Sensitive trigger spots to avoid when petting or situational environments > How each family found themselves owning their best friend(s). > Current Veterinarian they see > Emergency Contact(s) I have a HUGE soft spot in my heart for PIT BULLS and all bully breads, but I do not have any preference towards specific dog breeds to love on! I am a fan of them all.
A typical day
Depending on the dog(s) temperament towards other dogs, and their surroundings, I usually enjoy taking them hiking on Table Rock and Camels back. Those are personal favorite destination spots of mine. The greenbelt is also my best friend, although long walks around Hyde park or surrounding neighborhoods are great too!
