I scheduled a booking for Maria to walk my dog at 7:30AM and she happily accepted. I contacted Maria at 7:22AM the morning of my schedule dog walk and she notified me that she could not make it since work had called her in last minute. I specifically scheduled a dog walk early in the morning so that I can still make it to work + resume my daily schedule. Maria had ample time to contact me to let me know she could not make it if work had contacted her, she could of easily sent me a message to let me know so I could of made arrangements but she handled it very unprofessionally. On my part, I shouldn’t have to contact her to make sure she’s coming as I requested this service. I ended up not finding a replacement in time and being late to work because of this.
