Hi my name is Gloria, I was born and raised in the city of Chicago and studied Spanish and Latino/a Studies at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. I am incredibly fortunate to spend most my days bonding with dogs . I began my journey as a walker with Snappy Paws on the NorthWest side of the city and soon fell in love with the entire experience. Aware of my background in team building and management the founder approached me about putting those skills to work in managing and training Snappy Paws' walkers. I have loved the experience and learned so much. Now that I have moved out of their service area I am striking out on my own. I have two rescue Pitbulls named Neyo and Sasha and have had multiple dogs since childhood. I love working with animals and spending quality time with your pets. I have enjoyed meeting so many awesome dogs, cats, and other pets. In addition to my love for animals I have a passion for art and sustainable design. Most weekends you can find me in my work shop building/refurbishing old furniture and jewelry with my pups by my side. I look forward to continuing to be loved and inspired by your furry friends.

Gloria did a phenomenal job when staying in my home to care for my pitbull, Capone. He's 85 pounds of fun loving excitement and thinks he's a lap dog which she was able to handle with ease. I credit this to her years of experience in the pet care industry and a natural instinct for dealing with varying pet personalities. She really knows her stuff. I was beyond satisfied with the overnight service she provided. Literally everyone who usually takes care of him while we travel was attending the same wedding out of town with us. I was able to enjoy my trip because I knew my fur baby was in great hands. I came home to a happy dog & well cared for home. I highly recommend Gloria for any of your pet care needs. She is patient and loving with him and is also highly knowledgeable about dogs, their needs, and behaviors. Gloria is especially amazing in a very unique way. She has a glow that brightens up any environment she comes into contact with. She had dog sat Precious Princess since she was born and they have such a special bond. It’s like Gloria speaks their language they understand one another. She is patient, kind and very humble as she naturally loves my baby. It has been such a pleasure having Gloria be able to come and step when me and my husband need her. I can’t thank her enough for being so accommodating and professional. Now that I have relocated to Georgia Precious and I miss her dearly. Gloria is the perfect dog sitter for any type of dog!
