Hello! I am a local Austinite with my own pup, but after recently leaving my job have extra time to help those take care of their beloved pet. I have watched pets, specifically dogs, for over 10 years. While living in New York from 2017 to 2020 I used Rover as a way to fulfill my love for animals and make a little extra money on the side. I love to get dogs out of the house to release pent up energy. Whether it's taking a jog, throwing the ball, or jumping around a park, your dog will receive all the love and attention he or she needs! I can cater to the needs of the rambunctious ones but also have the experience to take care of the "senior citizens" of the dog world ☺️

We booked Glenda the day before our July 4th trip, and she had no qualms about the short notice. She took great care of our dog and proved to be particularly caring and committed. She was also extremely responsive and professional. We'll definitely be looking to ask Glenda to sit for us again in the future!

Glenda was wonderful, Lou got sick during her stay and she made me feel like he was in the best hands. Her regular updates and photos were very comforting and she left our home in terrific condition. Definitely plan to book with her again, shes a gem!
Glenda is absolutely wonderful with Matilda, she checked in regularly and left my apartment incredibly clean. I highly recommend her and will be using her again for sure.

I live near Barton Springs and frequently take my dog down to the park a 5-minute walk away or even over to Zilker if your dog is up for it. My condo has a massive, shaded balcony for your dog to laze around and watch the neighborhood traffic if they please. My dog is a lab, gets along well with all dogs, and would be a great companion to any pup I sit.

It's important to know the level of exercise your dog would require so I can appropriately plan activities and walks for them. Also, if your dog has any behavioral issues (i.e., aggressive on-leash around other dogs) that I should account for though I can ensure you, given my extensive experience, I know how to manage and deal with it all!
