I am bonded and insured and I have been pet sitting for over 25 years. I love what I do! Walking, training, playtime, and any other quality time with your pet in the sunshine and fresh air is a time I also enjoy. Every pup is truly a unique individual and I learn something new from them every time I provide a service. People and animals have an intuitive way of communicating. As part of my services I include Therapeutic Touch Therapy. Just like people, dogs hold nervous tension in their bodies. Tension causes discomfort and insecurities, and can make a nervous dog even more distrusting. When your pet is relaxed, this will help strengthen the bond and reduce stress and anxiety as they become acquainted to a new environment while their owner is away. I have a love for every animal but dogs and puppies have a special place in my heart. I learned at a young age that I have a deep connection and excellent instincts with animals, and as an adult, I was able to channel my passion into a career where I can provide dogs with love and special attention. I love and enjoy my job and every dog is treated like my own ❤️.

Giselle is fantastic. We left our little Havapoo, Coco, for the day while we played in a golf tournament. She had the best time. Giselle and her husband even took her to the park to play.

I encourage and urge people during a meet and greet to walk around and observe everything so that they can have peace of mind knowing that your dog is in First-Rate-Excellent hands is my first & foremost focus and responsibility. I ask several filter questions to adhere to my safety rules which you can find on this site. Dogs should be well socialized and house broken. My home and yard are both always clean. I have a secure fenced pet friendly artificial grass yard and live with a Maltese dog. Dogs need to have his or her shots, including Bordetella and free of contagious diseases like Girardia. I want to assure you that all dogs in my care have a safe and loving space to share. Safety is at the utmost priorities and I want to assure you that your fur babies are my top priority.

Does your dog have any dietary needs or restrictions? Please let me know in advance. I also like to encourage my pet owners to bring a little extra food because the dogs get a lot of play time and exercise with each other while they are here. I want to make sure they are happy and don’t want them to run out of their food because I know how important the specific diets are for each dog. Is your dog spayed or neutered? Is your dog up to date with his or her shots, including Bordetella? Is your dog flea treated? Is your dog house broken? If a puppy, at what stage is he/she house broken? Is your dog socialized? Does your dog have any quirks, strange behavior, or allergies that I should know about? Does your dog have any aggressive tendencies? Does your dog have any contagious diseases like Girardia? Does your dog have any issues that I should know about? These questions answered gives me the knowledge that I need and allows me to take excellent care of your dog as well as protect other dogs that visit for daycare or stay overnight.
A typical day
We live close to the beach and dog parks so there is plenty of fresh air and opportunities to give your dog lots of exercise. When dogs receive a healthy balance of physical and mental stimulation, they will be happy and well-adjusted. I have a secure fenced-in backyard in a pet friendly grass designed specifically for dogs where they can get plenty of shade, play time, potty breaks and sunshine bathing if they like. I will walk your dog on the side walk away from the street, and for people who prefer that their dogs are not walked, they can play in my backyard. I will give them plenty of playtime and love.

Availability
I want to be available to cater to all, even those with an inconsistent life/schedule. I am very flexible and available full time. I require a FREE meet and greet for first-timers. This is where we will get the chance to meet with you and your pet which allows everyone to get acquainted and answer any questions you have. It’s easy to schedule and important for sitters, pet parents, and dogs alike. Doggy boarding will be a full 24 hours from drop-off time. Any additional time past the initial 24 hour period up to 1 hour will be charged as a half-day of care and anything beyond 1 hour will be charged as a full day of care.
