Pet care experience
Along with having my own pets, I have experience working in the veterinary field. I have worked at an animal hospital for the past 2 years, and I have volunteered at an animal shelter for about 4 years. I have a degree in Wildlife Conservation and a minor in Communications as well. Due to my experience, I am comfortable walking, feeding, and handling dogs of any size and cats.

Ginger was amazing!! Our little guy is high anxiety so it was nice to have someone so caring and lovely with him so we could relax on vacation.
Ginger was very patient with my dog. He was walking slower than usual since it was hot out. He loves seeing how far he can get, then forgets he has to turn around at some point to come home! He slept well that night!
Ginger is a pleasure to work with. She’s very helpful, responsive and great with my fur kiddos too. You can tell she has a genuine love for animals. Recently, she house sit for us. I went on the trip knowing my pups were in good hands and felt comfortable having her stay in my home. I was very surprised to return from the trip and get a bag of treats and toys from ginger for the pups . It was over and above what I expected but i and the pups appreciate the gesture so much. I’ll definitely be reaching out to her again!

Pets that stay in their own home are ultimately going to be more comfortable! When I visit your home it is my goal to keep your pets as happy as possible while feeding, playing, or taking them on walks. During walks I can provide my own leash and slip lead if needed. All pets must be up to date on their rabies vaccine to ensure everyone’s safety.

A typical day
Allowing a pup to be active both mentally and physically is very important! My plan is to take your dog to the local park in your area. I do have a beautiful walking path in my neighborhood as well that will provide a new place for your pup to sniff to their hearts content! Please note that I will avoid dog parks due to potential illnesses that they could catch (such as kennel cough). Your pet’s safety and happiness is my priority.

I am currently working full time at a veterinary hospital. My weekends are completely open for walking, pet sitting, and drop ins. I am also available during the week after 5pm.
