I want to be a sitter because I love dogs and I miss getting to interact with them on a daily basis! I have had a dog since I was a young child so I learned the importance of taking good care of it from a young age. As my parents live far away and keep our family dog with them I would love to be able to get a dog of my own. However with my schedule as a college student I can't provide full time care for a dog, but I am more then equipped to care for others dogs on a temporary basis! I also have experience watching dogs for extended periods of time and assisting an elderly woman with the care of her dog. As a student I have a very open, flexible schedule during the week that allows me come as often as you need. With your pet I would always make sure to get it out of the house and to a place they love. Hikes, a trip to the dog park, a game of fetch or a walk through your neighborhood are all activities your dog and I will do together!
