Pet care experience
I have many years of experience caring for all kinds of animals in all different settings and absolutely love working with them. I graduated college with a degree in animal care and behavior; since then I have worked in a vet hospital, shelter, and dog daycare. As well in home pet care and dog walking. I am a very kind, compassionate, and patient person who will take the time to get to know your animals and make them as comfortable as possible. There will be plenty of outdoor time, ranging from some relaxing in the yard for more low energy dogs or maybe you have a high energy pup that would like to join me for a hike. I can assist with basic training, helping to house train, and basic obedience skills. I also can cater to senior or special needs pets. I will always meet with you prior to any walks or pet sits to learn about your animal and allow them to meet me. I appreciate knowing their personality and what specific care they may need. Also, any things that make your pet uncomfortable or scared and what helps comfort them when they're stressed. I would need to know any allergies or dietary restrictions before so only appropriate treats are given.
A typical day
I'm an active person and will happily take your dogs for walks, hikes, and outdoor play or if they're more laid back a nice slow walk and some cuddles. Cats will get play time, treats, and cuddles if they'd like.
