They will give your pup all the love & support they need to feel at home. Gina & Zoe will plan their schedule so that your dog will not be left alone in a crate for extended periods. They will truly treat your dog as part of their family. Gina & Zoe are a mother/daughter team specializing in puppies, older dogs, or any dog that needs special care. Because your dog will be the only pet in the home, your dog will more easily adapt to being away from family. Gina is a retired real estate agent. She really enjoys relaxing at home. Zoe is a student at Herron School of Art & lives at home. She loves having dogs around & helps care for them as well. Crates are optional in their home, as someone will always be with your pet to assure they are safe & happy. For extended stays, with your permission, they may ask to leave to run short errands or go to doctor’s appointments. But, this would be discussed with you before booking. Gina & Zoe truly enjoy & look forward to each furry visitor that comes to stay with them. They have really enjoyed working for Rover & decided to wait to adopt another dog after their cockapoo passed away a few years ago. They love meeting new dogs, caring for them & making them feel loved while they are apart from their family. Although they don't have a fenced yard, they enjoy getting out & taking walks. They live an active lifestyle that easily allows for dogs that need up to one mile of exercise a day. Many of their furry visitors are uncomfortable interacting with other dogs & they have a private area behind their home where he/she can romp in the grass in private. When the Indiana weather is too cool or too wet to take a walk, they find ways to play inside & have fun. Gina & Zoe understand the first day can be especially hard & they will dedicate extra time taking turns playing with your dog and helping them accommodate to this change of pace. Your fur baby will be welcome to sit on their furniture & sleep wherever they like. Gina & Zoe will be very careful to only feed your pet what you instruct. They are experienced at giving medicine & will bathe your dog at no extra charge if needed. Because there will be no other pets in the home, they will follow your dog’s normal schedule. Their home is calm, clean, safe & tidy. They will do everything they can to make your pet’s time away from home relaxing & comfortable. Gina & Zoe are excellent communicators & promise to send you lots of photos & updates of the fun times they are having. The price is negotiable if the pet can stay home alone for a few hours a day. .
