I have grown up having many pets - dogs, cats, rabbits, birds and fish. I shared in the responsibility of caring for my family dog growing up - a beautiful boxer. I had 13 wonderful years with him until he passed right before I went to college. Although I wanted another dog, I lived in apartments and moved around a lot during my college years. I ended up being adopted by a spunky (pregnant) cat during my final year when she walked into my apartment and never left. I helped her birth her kittens and found homes for all. She was with me until her recent passing which has been devastating for our family. We are taking time to heal until we are ready to search for our next family pet. In the meantime, we would love to care for yours.
