I will treat your pup like my own!

Pet care experience

Growing up having a dog in my life has been one of my greatest sources of happiness! Even since when I was young, I knew that I had a passion for getting to take care of animals. After all, they’re always there for us, and they only want the best for us. That kind of selflessness only helped increase my desire to help animals, which is why being a pet sitter is a dream come true for me! I just love being the person to put a smile on a dog’s face, and there’s not much better than being able to give owners the peace of mind that comes with knowing their best friend is in good hands. There’s no doubt that I’m a big dog lover, but I also have the experience of taking care of animals to boot as well. As mentioned above, I’ve always been around dogs, so I have years and years of experience taking care of them in an ownership role. I’ve also had experience taking care of animals in a professional capacity as well, as I have experience working with a dog boarding and daycare facility. It was one of my favorite jobs ever, and I loved learning so much about providing great care to the dogs there! Since then, I’ve been taking on clients for walking and sitting duties, and can say confidently that your pup will be in good hands, no matter what! One of the best things about me as a sitter is that I am available to watch over your dog all day! That makes me a great fit for pups that are used to having a human presence around them during the day, or for ones that would benefit from that! Since I work from home, I’m able to give your pup 1-on-1 face time all day and make sure they have all the freedom they need to thrive. After all, no one wants to keep their pup crated up all day, so it’s my pleasure to let them roam and be happy! When taking on a new client, I typically like to schedule a meet-and-greet. It’s a great way to make sure that we’re all a good fit for one another, which is so important to me. Likewise, it gives us the opportunity to chat face-to-face about your pup and your care expectations. No one knows your dog better than you do, so it’s always great to chat with owners in person about what makes their pup tick! Finally, I just love meeting new dogs! I like to get down on their level to show them that I’m a welcome presence here to make friends, and I’m sure we’ll be best buddies in no time at all.

Gina was wonderful and friendly. Our dog has cancer, so Gina was very attentive and followed instructions re: medication, short walk, etc. Would happily use her again.

Information Gina F. would like to know about your pet

Some things I like to learn ahead of time: - Would you like to schedule a meet-and-greet before the stay? - What’s your preferred method of communication? - Does your pup have any health issues that need to be tended to? For instance, dietary restrictions, medicine, or behavior triggers? - Do you have a vet nearby that you trust? - Is your dog spayed/neutered? - Does your pup like to stick to a given schedule, like regular walks in the morning and evening? - What does your pup do well around? What does your pup try to avoid? - What’s the best way to spoil your pup?

A typical day

My neighborhood is a great place to be for dogs! There are tons of places to go, and lots of walking trails everywhere we visit. It seems that everyone in my neighborhood has a dog as well, so we’re bound to make new friends no matter what. I personally lead a very active lifestyle, so your pup will definitely get lots of energy when they’re with me. One of the benefits of being a pet sitter is that you’ll always have inspiration to get out and about! Your pup will have 100% of my dedication during the day, so I’ll make sure that all of their needs are accommodated.
