I have 2 fur babies that are loved immensely and extremely sweet. My 9 year old Pitbull has been around extremely high energy puppies/dogs and although he wants to keep up he spends most times taking a nap in the back yard. I also have a 10 year old tabby cat who also spends most of the day sleeping but becomes very excited when it’s time for his meals. I have both a back and front yard…they are not fenced in and have not had any issues this far. Although I know my babies will not run I would not run the risk of that happening to yours. I promise before stepping out side your babies will be securely by my side the entire time. My husband also loves going on hikes and is a sucker for playing fetch.
