Growing up I was always surrounded by cats and dogs. I have a natural passion to make animals happy and comfortable no matter the situation. I am flexible to any dogs schedule whether it be for potty training or medication. I am able to take pets out for proper exercise or for just simple play time with toys. I have tools in my home ready for accidents, nail trimming, bathing and light grooming although I do not cut hair. I have treats ready and perfect room for comfortable boarding! All of my personal experience with three golden retrievers who were mainstay pets throughout my childhood and early adulthood and now a young four month old Siberian husky puppy with me at home I am prepared to take on dogs big and small of any age. I am also open to boarding pets that don’t meet my requirements if provided with pictures and some information on them!

Gilbert was fantastic with our dog. Our dog typically suffers for anxiety and nervousness when we leave her with other but she seemed to fit in with Gilbert and his dog Luna, NO PROBLEM! He did a great job with communication and sent us pictures daily. We will be using Gilbert again!
Gilbert was outstanding!!! He took my two dogs on hours notice, followed care instructions and provided daily updates. The dogs seemed to enjoy there time which was a big comfort. Thanks Gilbert, I'll definitely be booking again.

I have a backyard that is large enough for multiple dogs to comfortably play around and use the bathroom. I let my dogs and any that stay play outside as long as they want. My front door has a mosquito net that allows me to leave my door open for the dogs to enter and exit as they please. My house also has central AC that is kept at 70 degrees for when the dogs get too hot outside. For sleeping, I have cages for my dogs and three extra large cages if needed. However, we promote social interaction between the pups if all goes well. Designated dog blankets/ bed is also ready for guests. Dog treats and food are always important items to bring for your pets boarding stay. However there are plenty of treats to go around in this house as long as pet mom/dad approve.

Please let me know before your stay if your pet needs to be given any medication during the stay, if your pet has experienced any infections or parasites. If your pet has had fleas or ticks within a week of the appointment. If your pet needs special attention during feeding time or bed time.
A typical day
The backyard is available to the dogs all day as they please and the neighborhood around us is cool and quiet. This allows for a perfect walking path that has plenty of grass for pets to investigate while also not being too long for those that want to hang out in the AC.

I am currently a full time student and stay at home father to a 4 month old baby girl. I also have two dogs at home with me that help to take care of her. Being home all day allows for constant attention throughout the day.
