Pet care experience
I grew up with at least 2 dogs in the house at all times. I love taking care of dogs of any age! I am an active person and would be more than happy to take your dog on a long walk if needed! I have experience giving medicine, wiping infected gums, dogs with strict diets, and have taken care of multiple puppies of my own. I work from home which means your dog receives endless love and attention! Neighbors and friends relied on me to take care of their fur babies. Jax had a great time again! He always has a lot of fun at Gigi’s house.
We left our senior Cav. King Charles Spaniel with Gigi for 10 days. We felt good about it and she was great about updating us daily with comments and pictures. The unfortunate part was apparently our dog had pee accidents on her carpet ( which he typically doesn’t have any issues at home) and it was obvious she was having second thoughts on keeping him for remainder of time since she asked if we had someone who could come pick him up. This made us stressed out the entire time! I feel bad he had potty accidents but I also feel that as a Rover dog sitter you need to be prepared for that…. Don’t know if it was due to a strange house for him or what but it was unfortunate. Thank you for caring for him but we will not ask again. ?

Jax had an amazing time with Gigi and her dogs! Gigi is very responsive and provided a lot of videos and pictures during his stay. She informed me of everything that was going on during Jax's stay which I appreciated! Gigi took Jax on multiple walks a day and made sure he ate his food. I would definitely book with her again if she would take him back!

I don't have any breed preferences but please be aware that I have a corgi and a small maltese so I would prefer small - medium sized dogs for overnight stays! Please also provide any commands or things you have been teaching your pet, any dietary or allergy restrictions would be great to know as well.
A typical day
There is a fenced dog park near my home and the waterfront park that I can take them on. Our neighborhood has low traffic and can walk your dog around the neighborhood any day.

Availability
I have a pretty light work schedule, and is usually able to give 1 hour of play time every 3 hours starting from 8AM or just throughout the day. Evenings are wide open for long walks.
