Pet care experience
Hello! I work from home so my schedule allows me to make periodic visits to check on your furr babies. I have been watching people’s pets for as long as I can remember. I love all animals and have experience with cats, dogs, parrots, horses, hamsters and more. I am comfortable with all breeds and sizes. I have put my own pets through canine good citizen classes and have a strong understanding of dog behavior. If you want me to work on some basic training with your dog I would be happy to practice whatever command they are in need of learning. I have a small dog, Ryder and I just adopted 2 kittens- LeeLoo and Tasha but I cannot wait to spend time with more animals! :) If I am staying in your home, I can be there all day except if I have to run out for a quick meeting. We can discuss my work schedule prior to booking to make sure you feel comfortable. As I mentioned, I work from home but occasionally I do have to leave for an hour or two for a meeting (I do outside sales). Depending on the time of year/my schedule, I may not have to leave at all!

Gianna was great! She sent me pictures of my girls and kept in touch with me through the pet visits. My cat Leila instantly felt comfortable with her and even my shy cat Sabrina came out of her hiding spot when she was over doing a pet visit.She followed my feeding instructions (which I was very particular about) and gave my girls attention. I would book again with Gianna.

Gianna is wonderful with dogs. She has dog sat for me on several occasions and my dog, Hunter, always comes home happy and exhausted. Gianna makes sure he engages in physical activity and she provides mental stimulation through training commands and exercises. When he is in her care I am absolutely confident that he is safe and happy. I highly recommend Gianna if you are looking for a safe, active, and loving home for your pets while you are away.
Gianna was very excellent with my Jams. He's an older Lhasa Apso breed that was adopted from a shelter. He was not taken care of at all before he arrived at the shelter. He requires extra attention to ensure he feels safe in his surroundings. I left him in Gianna's care for a week while I was out of town. She provided that safety for him, prepped his special meals, provided daily updates, they had their daily walks. She also carried him around when he was not capable of doing so, such as up and down stairs. I do not have stairs so she wanted to ensure he did not fall. I would definitely leave my Jams in her care again. She treated him as her own.
