Hello! My name is Gianna and I'm from Long Island, NY. I am currently a senior at American University. I have always had an interest and respect for animals. I believe that pets are not just animals, but companions with their own feelings. They deserve to be treated with respect and to be understood. That is why I would love to spend time with your pet and get to know their personality! I am very communicative, active, diligent, motivated, and ready to help you with whatever your canine or feline companion needs! I love to run, go to parks, and explore–not too different from a dog lol. I grew up with two cats that recently past away in the past couple of years and recently got a dog! He is not here with me in DC (he's back with my parents) so I have a lot of time on my hands for your pet! I do have 1 cat here with me but my roommate and I share responsibility over him. Last year, I volunteered with a dog shelter to foster two 3 month old puppies for a couple of weeks by myself. Although they were incredibly cute, it was a tremendous amount of work and they required a great amount of attention. Therefore, I have experience that makes me a great candidate since I know what to expect when taking care of pets, especially young ones!
