Loving Personal Pet Assistant!
Pet care experience
I have over a decade of experience professionally pet sitting in Seattle. I'm very caring and attentive to animals, I believe in motivation oriented training for pets and never correct with aggression or physical force. I'm also comfortable and experienced with special needs pets - even including a week long canine wheelchair accommodation. I'm a HUGE animal advocate so your pets will be sure to get lots of social time and attention - if that's what they're into. I have a wonderful small mix breed 6 year old named Gary who is very friendly to people and pets alike! I offer free meet and greets both virtually and in-person at the northern point of Greenlake park. *Note - When House Sitting overnight I must be informed of all indoor security cameras. This is not necessary for any other non-overnight service provided.
Reviews
Everything I could want in a pet sit! Gia was timely, professional, and my dog loved her
Gia watched our two dogs at our house for several days while we were traveling. She brought her dog Gary along. Since one of our dogs tends to be hyperactive when meeting new dogs (and nervous meeting new people), so she came by beforehand so we could do intros outside. Gia sent regular updates and was a great communicator! We felt comfortable that our dogs were well taken care of. Not only that, but she left the house tidy and clean - which was great getting back to after a long day of travel.
Gia was super awesome with communication, and helping me with my dog who had some stress diarrhea ?
Gia was great with my dog Wallace. He warmed up to her quickly and even came home brushed a few times, which was a nice bonus! Will book again in the future.

Information Gia C. would like to know about your pet
As I work with many animals, I require all dogs 1 Year or older to be Vaccinated. I always love learning about pets individual personalities and quirks, we all have them and they’re good to know about! Additionally, I find it very helpful to know which basic commands, nicknames, and/or little songs they like being sung to/about them! (Note - this is my forte.)
A typical day
On an average day... I give meals around 7 am and 5 pm daily. Walks are twice daily in the morning and evening before breakfast and after dinner, with an afternoon bathroom break and another just before bed. I go to school online so generally lounging together and cuddles on the couch while I study when we’re not adventuring for new smells around the neighborhood.

Availability
Having a dog myself as well as living with other dogs, caretaking for animals is the main focus outside of my 9-5 career, and I wouldn’t want it any other way.
