Pet care experience
I have had many years of experience caring for pets of all kinds, primarily cats and dogs. I have been a member of the Rover community for several years and have outstanding reviews. I do this because I enjoy animals, their company and their personalities. Pet sitting has given me the opportunity to meet great people and their pets, and explore different parts of the city.I have regular sittings at the following communities: Clippership (Eastie), Kensington (Chinatown), Gables (Seaport), Boston Sail Lofts (downtown), 345 Harrison (South End), and Back Bay.

Gerardo took such great care of Dodo and was sending us constant updates. He spent so much time with our dog and was very responsible.
Gerardo is absolutely the best! He is part of the family now, after many times house- and cat-sitting with our two fur babies. We trust him 1000%, and the cats love him.

I rarely take boardings because I live in an apartment, so I can only do boardings or day care for small dogs that are potty trained. I can take up to two small dogs at a time, preferably from the same owner.

A typical day
In the case of dogs, I can provide walks around their neighborhood and trips to the park, play with them, etc. I live in East Boston and like to walk along the harbor and a walking trail that’s great for dogs.

Availability
I work remotely, so as long as you have good WiFi and good accommodations I prefer house sittings. Regarding house sittings, please keep in mind that it’s not meant to be 24/7 undivided attention and care. I will take full care of your pet as you would, keep you updated through the day and night, and spend the night at your place if you want / need me to. If your pet needs 24/7 care, we can agree on a different rate. If you need me to sleep over please provide suitable accommodations.
