Pet care experience
I live in a town home near a park. I recently lost my four legged best friend due to cancer on 10/15/19. She was the best dog ever and I was so lucky to have her love for 9 years and 47 days. She would have turned 11 in December. She loved going on walks and when we had extra dog visitors stay at our house. I am still able to take care of your dog, even though she is no longer with us. We went on at least 3 walks a day and had lots of play time. There is a basket of toys that your dog can play with and when it is nice, they can bask in the sun, inside or outside :-) My boyfriend and I love dogs and have a clean home and are ok with your dog being on the couch with us and cuddling. If they can be trusted, they are more than welcome to have free reign of the house when we are not home or if they feel more comfortable in their crate, that is ok too. I was always so grateful when someone else cared for my Daisy Mae when we were away, so I understand how important it is for you to find someone that you trust with your 4 legged family member while you are away. My goal is to make sure your dog enjoys their stay away from home and is as comfortable as possible. I will maintain any schedules that you have and make sure your dog is treated as amazing as I treated my Daisy Mae when she was still with us. I work from home, so I will be with them mostly during the day, unless I have an errand to run.

Georgina has looked after our dog Jack at her apartment several times and there is no dog sitter we could trust more. She treats him like her own with walks and snuggle time several times a day. It is truly a doggie vacation for him. He loves going to Georgina's home and loves spending time with her and Daisy. We appreciate very much not having to worry about Jack while we are away as we know he is being well taken care of.
Georgina has been our pet sitter on several occasions since we moved to Iowa. She stays at our house with the 4 pups since I have a senior Great Dane that does not kennel or do well in strange environments. She is wonderful to have in the house and all the dogs adore her. She sends us updates and pictures while we are away. I can be a rather neurotic pet mom, but I can be away and enjoy my vacations knowing the Georgina is taking care of things.
Georgina is phenomenal!! I have 3 little dogs; one of which tends to be snappy and nervous, needs meds 3x/day and can get depressed to the point where she becomes fairly ill. It normally takes her a *really* long time to warm up to new people at all, let alone decide she likes them. So when i had a family destination wedding, I spent months being terrified about what to do with my little dogs! I looked into kennels, which seemed ok on paper but would mostly be days on end in a small room alone with no stimulation. I found Georgina and her reviews, which sounded great, but I wasn't confident that anyone would feel comfortable with my snappy and needy problem child! She texted back and forth with me and then we had a meet and greet that made me feel absolutely comfortable with *her* competence but I was still apprehensive about how my needy dog would do. Once I solidified with her, we figured out how to keep in touch internationally. While we were away, Georgina sent me photos and kept me updated so well! Not only did my challenging dog thrive, my other two dogs absolutely fell in love with her and her sweet little Boston! Georgina is a really rare find. I can't imagine our good fortune to have met her. I think she is nothing short of a dog whisperer and even excellent with my nervous dog parenting!!

Our town home is in a residential area, so we will walk around the neighborhood or the loop in the park down the streets. How long are the walks? Depends on how long your dog prefers. We will play fetch or just chill. Again, the preference of the dog.
