I grew up with both pugs and Labrador retrievers my whole life, and my family has always had a house cat. I discovered my love for rescue dogs when I found two abandoned lab mixes who were, at the time, dying from parvovirus. My experience rehabilitating and training these dogs, along with adopting a cat when I came to college, has taught me the immeasurable joy of caring for animals, and the importance of properly communicating with pets! I particularly love to spend time walking and running with dogs, and my favorite activity to do with dogs is to take them swimming and walking. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and breeds, of all stages of life. I believe in positive reinforcement training, and that exercise is one of the most important parts of any dogs daily life.
