I have owned dogs my entire life. My first dog was a red huskie that was only a puppy when I was born. We had to put him to sleep after my 17th birthday, he was like one of the family, a brother. I understand how important pets are to families. I enjoy running or walking with dogs, and am not afraid to get down in the grass or mud to wrestle if that is what the pet enjoys. I often get asked where my dog Ginger received her training. It always makes me smile when I can respond that I am the only person who has given her any training.
