I meet Genisel before dropping off Luna. She was very nice. Booked a weekend boarding at her house. She took care of Luna. Genisel said Luna was a little nervous staying alone to sleep in the living room. So Genisel let Luna sleep on the floor next to her. I got daily pictures and video. Would use her again in the future.
I was very scared to use these services but I was impressed. For sure will use Genisel service again WOW. Had raptor with Ace immediately . Sent me tones of pictures and videos. Played with him in her huge yard. My experience was amazing . Clean area for my dog words can not express my AWSOME experience and my dog to. 5 star rating
Amazing! A wonderful family! I seriously couldn't have done better. She stayed up all night with my dog because of thunderstorms. That's so above and beyond.
Genisel did such a wonderful job with taking care of Clover! She kept us updated daily with photos and videos. Our girl was so happy with her!
