I am a small business owner that work from home, and I have the biggest soft spot for dogs! I grew up with dogs and other pets, and have years of experience caring for my own pets as well as pets of friends and family. Given that I am a transplant to the Bay Area with all of my family members being thousands of miles away, I decided it would be best if I did not have a dog here. Instead, I have been sharing my time, home, and love for dogs through Rover. My goal is for your dog to consider me as their “aunt” - a family member they can count on when their own family is away. To that end, I give them a high-touch care and I go above and beyond to tailor my care to your dog’s needs. Safety is my priority. I provide free of charge meet and greet, so all of us can get acquainted and determine fit. I always follow COVID prevention protocols, and have a healthcare background. *I am also open to taking care of other animals, e.g. cats, birds, fish. *My standard pick up/drop off radius is within 5 miles from Mountain View. If you need pick up/drop off but live farther away, please discuss and I'd be happy to help whenever possible. *For house-sitting, my rate includes 2x walks and 2x feeding daily. If you are looking for more or less care, let me know and I’d be happy to discuss a modified rate to fit your needs. Q: SCHEDULE I work from home with a flexible schedule and have plenty of time to attend to your pups. Drop off/pick up hours are 8am-10pm. A 30-min extension at either end (ie 7:30am or 10:30pm) may be possible if discussed in advance. Q: How do you care for pets in your home and/or your client’s home? Whether your dog is playful, reserved, or has special needs, I always try to create an atmosphere that matches the dog's personality and needs, so that your dog will feel comfortable during the time spent under my care.
