Pet care experience
I grew up in the local 4-H program and I have owned a menagerie of animals my entire life. I have been around AKC show dogs and obedience trained dogs. I train my own dog for Rally Obedience. He is a stray I found and rescued on the side of the road two years ago. My family has had and kept various show dogs and friends dogs so I'm used to 5-6 dogs in the house most of the time. I'm active and not scared of any animal so bring on your big dogs! I have references at the ready from years of pet sitting on my own. I am available every day with only a few hours of exceptions for a class at Palomar. So I am busy 11-3 on Mondays and Wednesdays and 4:30-6:30 Wednesday evening. Otherwise I am available! I have a reliable car, I'm prompt and professional. I'm looking to do this part time because I love it!

I would want to know what their favorite treat is and how they handle distractions. Do they bark and pull if they saw another dog on a walk? Do I need to be especially careful if they see a cat? And if they have any allergies.
A typical day
I am the one known to play with the dogs and enjoy it as much as they do! I am active and in shape so taking them on brisk walks or running is doable, as is playing fetch inside on rainy days or in a yard. I am also excellent at rope tug.
