Pet care experience
I am an experienced pet owner and sitter who has been surrounded by animals of all kinds for years. Growing up, my mom volunteered with local rescues and the Humane Society. This meant dogs coming in and out of our house constantly. Together, we fostered, bathed, walked, and groomed pets for years and it was an amazing experience. It was also a great learning experience for me. I learned about different types of dogs and their personalities and how to work with them. In recent years, i have rescued my own dog and have learned even more about the proper ways to handle them, train them, and work through any behavioral/emotional issues. I would be a great choice of sitter because I have a passion for animals and experience in the field. I am a recent graduate as well, so my schedule is pretty open and flexible.

Genevieve is a very gentle and loving individual that has had a tenderness towards animals her whole life. When I met her, I found out right away that she is passionate about animals and sees them as an integral part of her life. She is patient and caring towards her own pets and she takes care of them affectionately and responsibly. She is a highly respectable, trustworthy person that is always there when you need her. When we are out together she always stops on the street to give others' dogs a scratch behind their ears or a rub on their tummy. Genevieve has a powerful connection to all types of animals and I'm sure she can't wait to give your pets armfuls of love. She personally benefits from taking care of others. I think it could be a therapeutic experience for her as well as for your pet. Please consider her for your pet care needs.
Genevieve is absolutely passionate about animals, and even that is an understatement. She shows clearly, through her affection towards them, that she feels a deep connection. I can honestly say that I have never seen someone care for animals with the compassion that Genevieve does.

My dog is super playful and friendly (though he can have issues with large male breeds) and would love to keep yours company. In my home, I gate off the kitchen so that when I am gone, the dogs are in a fully puppy-proofed area.

A typical day
I love taking dogs for hikes, runs, and to parks! My dog is very high energy and needs a lot of stimulation, so I am used to spending 1.5-2 hours/day exercising them and having them outside.

I am currently working part-time, so I have plenty of availability and flexibility. My weekly pet-care routine consists of me taking my dog to parks, long walks, runs, and hikes every day. So, we always have room for more!
