I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was 17 years old. My family got our first dog, Dean - a dorkie mix, when I was 17 and soon after we got a our second family dog - another dachshund mix named Moose. While in college in NYC, I worked as a dog walker/sitter for Wag! This gave me experience taking care of a wide variety of dogs, from small to giant (yes, in NYC!), puppy to senior, social butterflies to those who prefer to be alone - you name it. Now I’m living with my husband in a house with a fenced-in backyard with two pups of our own: Flip and Bella! Two heeler mixes who are happy to be here. 😊 They get along with all dogs, so if you’re looking for a place where your dog has canine company - our place is for your dog! I have basic training knowledge - sit, stay, wait, come - and am happy to work on these with your pup if you’d like. I’m no expert - but can easily assist in these areas. My pet care knowledge also extends to rabbits as I had a holland lop named Quesadilla from 2010 to 2021. I also have two axolotls named Kiwi and Toothless. All pups we’ve had in our house are super curious about them and will watch their tanks for hours. (Both axolotls are in enclosed tanks so they are safe from any pet trying to get them!)
