Pet care experience
I always grew up having a dog and to be honest I feel that I am part dog. I absolutely love all dogs! Even after two of my own dogs passed away I would often dog sit other friends dogs. I'm very reliable and aware of what a dog needs. I love to walk so having a dog with me would be ideal! If I am ever missing at a gathering I'm probably laying on the floor with whatever dog is there. I just LOVE dogs !

Gena did an amazing job watching our dog Otis. She sent frequent updates and pictures letting us know he was doing well, and clearly observed all our instructions. It was great knowing our dog was in good hands and we didn’t have to worry, we will definitely use Gena again in the future!
Gena was great! Accepted my last minute walk and saved me when in a bind. Looks like Lucy had a great time!
Gena is the best! Our dog Harry loved hanging out with her and I knew he was in good hands based on the photos I got of him throughout the visit. He will definitely stay with Gena again!

Information Gena M. would like to know about your pet
I need to know the energy level of a dog so I can plan how often they will want to be walking or running around. It will also be important to know how often they eat. Also, because I did just move into a condo I would need to know if the dog chews furniture, shoes, etc. Although dogs are allowed here, I unfortunately cannot have a dog that barks excessively just out of respect to my neighbors.
A typical day
I recently moved into a condo across the street from a big open park. There is tons of space for dogs to play. There are also other parks nearby I love walking to. We can play catch or just run around. I also love taking rides with dogs who love cars. I have an old car so I don't mind if it gets dirty or filled with hair.

Availability
I currently work 5 days a week Monday through Friday 8-4. I work from home almost every day but once in a while will need to go into the office. When I am home I am able to take the dog out for a bathroom break whenever it's needed. I can take them for a walk in the morning and during my lunch break. There is a park across the street where dogs love to play.
