Pet care experience
I've always had family pets since I was 5 years old. 12 years ago I started acquiring my own fur babies to love. I couldn't live with out them ❤️ I'm happy to dog sit, cat sit, walk dogs, provide day care and over night boarding. I currently have 2 cats but no dogs due to working shifts, it wouldn't be fair to have a dog 24/7 so I would absolutely adore looking after other people's in my free time❤️ I also have 10 years work history of working in health and social care, so caring runs through my blood ❤️

Gemma is a responsible animal lover and has owned various pets from childhood. She has also looked after other peoples beloved pets. Gemma also has experience of dealing with different breeds of dog with different temperaments. Gemma will go out of her way to help other people with their requirements and will listen to the dogs and owners needs :-)
Gemma was great with my dog especially when she was poorly. She is a very caring person and will give the best care to any animal. Highly recommend her
Since a child Gemna had always had pets , guinea pig Sue ,cat jasper dog bunty so has been brought up with a sense of responsibility to match her love and affection for them. Now she has her own cats phoebe and shady she treats as her children, as we all do of course and has had a dog cody in the past as well. Gemna I'm sure will make a great carer for whatever animal is in her care.

I am very trustworthy and can be disciplined with the animals should I need to be. If you need help with lead training I'm happy to provide/continue this. I am also happy to follow whichever rules you have at home to keep routines and boundaries familiar for your little (or big) ones. I am also happy to work with shy or anxious dogs and I am happy to get to know the dog first and for you to get to know me before any sitting is confirmed. I have a large garden that your dog can play in, and my parents (who live in an annexe) have a very playful Labrador that could do with socialising! But she can be kept indoors if your dog likes his own space 💪

Please let me know about any behavioural issues or continued training that needs to be implemented as I wouldn't want any training at home to take a step back and I would like to provide individually centred care for them as they are all different in their emotional development and intellectual development
A typical day
I love to stimulate your dog physically and mentally. We can play games together either in my garden or at my local park. I have a handy hose of they like playing with water too! I can also take them in my car to anywhere theat they like to go with their family and I have use of a dog safety belt too.

Availability
I work full time, shift work. So unfortunately I do not have free time the same each week, but I am on a rolling three week rota. That makes me unable to commit to the same time every week so I/we will have to work appointment to appointment. Or book times and dates within a 3 week period (as sometimes I am on call or do sleep in shifts at work and I am notified of these a few weeks beforehand).
