Pet care experience
We have had our black lab/German shepherd, Bella, for just over 2yrs now. Most of our experience comes from owning our own dog. Both my husband and I grew up with dogs in the home. We have also owned cats.
Reviews
Gemma & Karl were excellent hosts for our dog Charlie. They provided regular updates on how he was doing which allowed us to be stress free. I would highly recommend them for any dog owner.
I have trusted Gemma to look after my child after I saw many times how caring, supportive, fair and positive she was with daycare and after school children she looks after. With fur babies, she is the same. That is why, after having had lots of discussions with her and seeing that she uses positive reinforcement, I eventually asked her if she would be able to look after our pup when we needed someone. She, and her whole family are kind and caring and responsible and I would highly recommend her to look after a precious member of your family.

I love to play and snuggle with my own pup, Bella. She loves tug of war, her ball, playing hide and seek or hide the treat!. I’d love to play all these games and keep your pup entertained if a walk is not what you require:-).

Please let me know of any health issues that I can assist with. And also any traits your dog has that would be necessary to ensure a safe walk i.e high prey drive, doesn’t like other dogs, is afraid of strangers etc…
A typical day
I Love to walk the neighbourhood, go to the dog beach, off-leash dog parks (whatever your preference may be:-)). I’m also available to come check in on your pup during the day and play on your yard, provide some stimulation and to break the long days up.

I work part time from home and have a couple of mornings free to provide dog walking or home visits as needed - between the hours of 9am-1:30pm, tues & fri (possibly weekends)
