Duped by existing positive reviews. Geena was not communicative, caring, or responsible, and she snuck a guy into my house. I offer pet sitters two local people to tag team pet care should they need it. I confronted Geena about her lack of being at the house and she claimed she was called into work. Okay, well she never told me she’d be gone forever nor did she contact one of 2 people I provided who can help so my animals aren’t alone without walks, food, or love. Also, the most uncomfortable thing is she snuck a guy into my home. Past pet sitters have been courteous enough to ask about visitors and I’ve approved. It’s common courtesy to ask and Geena lacks this. She never asked to bring in an outsider, and the kicker is she deliberately tried to hide it from the ring doorbell view by shoving herself into the camera. So that made me feel very uncomfortable like why would you need hide someone entering my home?? Unbelievable! All these things happen on day 1 of the house sit (where she spent only 1 hour at my home) and so I fire her and was left scrambling to find care for my animals at 9:30pm at night while on vacation. I highly do NOT recommend Geena.

lily looked great and seemed happy when i got home 3 night's away. Geena send pic's of Lilly at home and on there walk's :) stayed extra time . house was in good order. will use again .
