Pet care experience
I used to work professionally as a canine handler, spending 40+ hours a week, watching up to 100 dogs with my team, at a daycare and boarding center. I was trained to provide a clean, fun, virtually cage-less experience for dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I do not only work with dogs, I build relationships with them that keeps their tails wagging and their bodies wiggling. I grew up taking care of my own dog, Angel, a golden-retriever, and recently took care of my own German Shepherd rescue, Herschel. Neighbors and friends ask me over while they go on trips. Whether on a bed or the floor, if the dog wanted to have a sleeping partner, I was there - I actually prefer the floor for myself.

Geddy did an amazing job of keeping us informed about our dogs and sending us pictures and updates. He stayed in our home while we were gone and he took very good care of both our pets and home. I would definitely recommend him.
We booked Geddy to watch our girl, Topaz, overnight. We had already had a "get to know you" meeting before the first booking, so Topaz already knew him. He sent us plenty of pictures while we were away and the house was as we left it. He even sent us a picture of one of our cats, which he was not contracted to take care of (they can take care of themselves LOL). Will definitely use Geddy in the future.
Geddy had sat for me twice before and I was very satisfied. However, this time Geddy was terrible and I will never, ever use him again! Sparky weighed 8 pounds when I left him; 6.5 when I returned two weeks later. His eye was virtually closed with gunk. Geddy was instructed to clean eyes every 2-3 days. Sparky was wearing a urine saturated diaper. On occasion when I had to leave Sparky alone for more than 8 hours, Ihave never returned to saturated diapers like what he was wearing. I have reason to believe that despite my telling Geddy he was to sleep in the guest room, that he did, in fact, sleep in my bed. When I returned home, my bed sheets were in the washing machine. The guest room does not use the same size as my bedroom and there is no reason that I am aware of that would require him to wash my bed sheets. Geddy even admitted in a text that I deserved better than the treatment he rendered. You have been warned.!!!!!!
Geddy did a great job with Chelsea. He sent pictures and communicated with me while we were away. Upon our return, she was happy and the house was in order. We recommend Geddy and would hire him again when we go away.
