Fenced yard and close to lake

Pet care experience

I've had dogs all my life. I am retired so am home most all day. My Bichon died two years ago and I miss her very much. My dogs are like my other children. I'm educated as to dogs allergies, behaviors, and their need for love. The last two years of my dogs life I walked her short distances and then placed her in a stroller. My daughter owned a dog boarding business and I helped her often; sometimes she had as many as a dozen dogs. You can be sure any dog I care for is given the same care and treatment I'd give mine. Plus lots of kisses. I recently watched a dog who was epileptic and I had to administer steroids twice a day, with which I was comfortable. What's most important of all is my love of animals and the special treatment they receive from me. I would gladly take your dog with me wherever I go if you are ok with them in the car.

Gayle is awesome! Jocko is so clean and absolutely no matts/knot on his coat. She is the best sitter especially when it comes to grooming. She is also very caring. Thank you Gayle!

First of all, Gayle has a TON of COMPASSION and LOVE for ALL ANIMALS! I also know how heartbroken she was when she lost her dog after 15 years. She TRULY is an aninal and DOG LOVER! I would hire her ANY DAY to take care and watch over my dog!

Gayle is the most loving and competent dog caregiver I have ever had. I was in an accident and Gayle took over! She went to my home and took charge of Max, my Westie. She has such a love for dogs and they, in turn, love her. Max has some health issues and she knew just how to handle the medications. She is totally responsible and I would not hesitate to have her take care of my dog.

Gayle W. has taken care of our two beautiful Maltese girls twice. They stayed with her at her home. She walked them at least twice a day, maintained a safe environment so they couldn’t get out and into any danger, fed them correctly, and gave them so much love and cuddles. I would happily vouch for her care giving abilities. She would be an asset to your organization.

Information Gayle W. would like to know about your pet

Food schedules, vaccination history, typical habits; must be house trained; needs to be used to cats. Would like to know if she/she is aggressive, nervous, mellow. Having had a bichon and a cotton, I'm used to relaxed dogs. No breed preference.

A typical day

I have a huge fenced yard (both front and back). I also have a doggie door for those who are comfortable with such. I have many indoor and outdoor toys for throwing, fetching, etc. I have comfy sofas and chairs on which dogs can sit/lay. Most dogs love to jump up on my sofa back and look out the window at the outdoor activity. My bed is welcome to all dogs.
