We're a family of 4 (kids 7 and 8) that absolutely loves dogs. We don't have our own pet right now, so dog-sitting is the next best thing. We do not have a fenced yard, but always walked our dogs to nearby Discovery Park a couple times a day. We also live on a very quiet street, and have a backyard if your dog isn't the kind that wanders off. We tend to spoil dogs, but can follow directions if you have strict rules about treats, furniture, etc. Give us a shout if you're headed out of town. We'd love to spend time with your dog! Why I love dog sitting Pretty much everyone in our family has loved dogs all their lives. My wife and I had a pound dog and Great Dane when we met. They both lived to be 14 years old and were inseparable. We still miss them, and are looking forward to adding a new dog to our family within the next year. About my yard Our backyard is a combination of hardscape, lawn, and bark. It is not fenced so we will keep your dog on leash unless otherwise advised. It's a good place for getting out for short breaks. We have a dog park nearby for off-leash roaming, and Discovery Park two blocks away for longer outings, on leash. My experience administering medication We will consider this on a case by case basis. It depends on the medication and dog.
