Pet care experience
I'm a passionate animal lover that doesn't discriminate based on breed or temperament. I've never met a dog I didn't like - and even the most stubborn ones come around to liking me as well! My dogs have always been some of my best buddies and some of the most affectionate dogs you'll ever meet. I'm sadly unable to offer boarding in my current situation, but I'm more than happy to dog-sit anywhere else or to do drop-ins as needed. I deeply care about animals, so no dog will ever be left neglected or unattended when they're on my watch. I work from home and I'm available 7 days a week for any length of time you need. I moved to Colorado Springs in 2018 and I'm looking forward to spending more time with Colorado pups!

Garrett did another awesome job sitting with my Huskie, Sauber. He continues to amaze me with his dog sitting and house sitting skills.
This was my first time using Garrett to sit my Siberian Husky, Sauber. This was my first time using a Rover for a full week vacation. He was an amazing sitter. Not only did he take exceptional care of her, but he was an awesome housekeeper as well. He even apologized that he didn't get to all of the vacuuming of Sauber's fur. If you know Huskies in the early summer you know there is no way to ever get rid of all the fur that's being shed. I would use Garrett again in a heartbeat.
This was the first time Garrett took care of our Labrador Olive. He stayed at our home for four days. He did a great job of keeping us posted and sending photos. We came home to a happy dog and tidy home. We have already booked him for another stay.
Garrett was amazing with my puppy on a list minute request. Great communication & highly detailed updates. Will definitely book again!

I like to meet the family and dog ahead of time so I can learn about their likes/dislikes, temperament, routine, and any other information you want me to know about their care. There have also been times when I'm booked last minute and there's no time for a meet and greet, which is fine! We can be in touch either way.
A typical day
I've spent a lot of time with very active dogs, and I've spent a lot of time with very lazy dogs. Whatever they like doing is exactly what we'll be doing. Some dogs like car rides, some like long walks, some like quick walks, and some like lounging around the house. I'm adaptable!

When I'm taking care of a pet they're going to be treated like family. Whatever they're used to doing we'll be doing, and I'm also happy to take them for rides, to the park, or just hang around the house with them. Whatever makes them feel most comfortable!
