I started pet sitting 8years ago when a friend, who was a sitter at the time, moved out of state and wanted to refer their clients to someone reliable. Since then I have enjoyed learning different care routines for young, old, quirky, and laid back animals. I see every new pet as an opportunity to make a new friend and prove to their owner that I am capable of fulfilling their every need.

Garreth is a wonderful young man to work with. He’s reliable and kind and our pets just love him (even the picky ones!) This was our second stay with Garreth and both instances have been wonderful. Our home is left clean and cared for, and our babies are cared for like we were home ourselves. We’ll be reaching out to him for pet sitting for as long as he’ll have us. 😊
Garreth went above and beyond to take care of my dog while she was recovering from an injury and I had to travel for work. He’s the best!!!
Garreth you are a lifesaver! He watched our two kitties for almost two weeks. We were nervous to book through Rover but he was nothing but the best to our cats and our home! He left it so clean and our kitties (especially Koji) seemed to warm up to him so quickly. Thank you so much for making our long awaited Japan trip possible!! We’re already planning our next trip and Koji and Jack are looking forward to the next time they get to spend time with Garreth.
Garreth was wonderful. He was friendly, attentive and my pups loved him. He even did some dishes for us, which was totally unexpected and unnecessary. I cannot wait to book him again.

Each day with a pet whether it's mine or a client I check for 4 major things. Food consumption, Physical appearance, Behavioral changes, and Energy level. If one of these are off it's a indicator that there may be a issue.
Information Garreth C. would like to know about your pet
I do not have any breed preference, all that I ask is for is behavioral information beforehand. If your dog is a rescue, with previous trauma I would like to know. In order to prevent unnecessary anxiety for that pet.
A typical day
Pittsburgh has some lovely parks around with plenty of space for your furry little friend. If it's not ideal to go out for play we can do some indoor play with toys.

I work full time at Wholefoods overnight, so i have a fairly consistent schedule. I am available during the day for walks, drop in visits and house sittings.
