Pet care experience
Stay home potter with a full fenced yard ready for some doggy friends! I have experience ranging from house sitting for 3 months with a house full of cats and 2 wild farm dogs, to pampering a Shitsu who stays with me from time to time. I have fun taking pictures and will send you cute photos of your dog during its adventures. I have a large fenced back yard, my partners goldendoodle is often around, so I am not able to take anti-social dogs. I make pottery in my garage so am home most of the day. I try to get out for hikes in the morning and enjoy bringing dogs along, as well as visits to the dog park if your dog likes them. I love puppies and older dogs, I am comfortable grooming your dog if they need it during extended leaves.

Garnet was great! We were able to come do a pre visit and she was very flexible with my pick up time. (I came back earlier than expected from my trip and picked them up a couple hours early.) She sent pictures and a note halfway through which was much appreciated The dogs both were well taken care of and happy. I can’t thank Garnet enough. I would love to use her again!

Garnet absolutely pulled through for my mom and I in a true emergency! Mom ended up in ICU while we were vacationing with our two fur babies. She took them in for us and was great! I could tell they were happy and well cared for!

I love all dogs, though I would prefer them to be potty trained or crate trained if they are staying at my house. If you would like to do a meet and great ahead of time, I am happy to have you over to check out the space. Please tell me if your dog is aggressive at all or has any triggers so I can adjust our activities accordingly.
A typical day
I love the dog parks and hiking up around golden. I make sure to get out early so the rattle snakes aren't out and about yet and always keep your dog on a leash in open areas.

Availability
I try to get out for an activity in the morning and would be happy to bring your dog out for some adventures. Otherwise I spend all day making stuff. I have a dog gate for the garage so I can still keep on eye on your pup but keep them outta the studio. You are welcome to bring your dogs personal bed, or I am happy for them to sleep on the bed with me.
