Phoenix and I did a meet and greet with Gail, and from the start, Phoenix and Clover (Gail’s dog) got along so well. This made me feel comfortable that Phoenix will have a playmate while I’m away. Gail was very accommodating with my schedule, canceled flight, late drop off and pick up. She was very responsive with communication. She kept me updated with pictures several times. Phoenix was actually smiling in a lot of them!!! ? Gail allowed Phoenix have freedom in her home and slept in her kids’ bed, just like Phoenix would in our home. Gail has a backyard which Phoenix very much loved. When I returned from my trip, Phoenix was exhausted because they had spent time playing at a gated park. She was very happy. Clover damaged Phoenix’s toy and Gail bought us new toys to replace it, I was glad about that. So happy I found Gail, her husband and daughters were warm and friendly too! I will be using her services again!

Review is overdue, but Kali seemed happy to stay with Gail ! I booked her at short notice, and Gail was very accommodating. There is a gated garden and the pup is also allowed anywhere in the house. Kali was healthy and happy when I picked her up.
