My Gucci man LOVED Gail and Charles. They made him feel tight at home. They will be the only people who will ever watch my fur baby. They sent the sweetest pictures every night. They made me feel so comfortable leaving him with him. I wish I could give 20 stars. Will definitely be booking again.

This was our first time ever using Rover to provide care for our two dogs, and Gail & Charles exceeded our expectations by a long shot. Our experience started off with a meet and greet, which helped eased our nerves about leaving them with someone they were unfamiliar with. After dropping off our dogs, we already received an update and picture saying that our boys were getting along just fine. We continued to receive messages every day of our trip, along with pictures that helped us to see they were happy. Any time I messaged Gail & Charles asking for an update or questions, I received a response almost immediately. They were very flexible as well for drop off and pick up times. I think Atlas and Chase would love to spend another stay with Gail & Charles, and we would most definitely recommend them to others.
