Pet care experience
I've volunteered for PAWS Chicago as a dog walker and currently volunteer for New Mexico Animal Humane also as a dog walker. My friends trust me to take care of their dogs while they're away. I mostly take them on walks, play with them, and provide them with cuddles and pets.

Gaby is a very responsible, attentive dog lover. Our doggies immediately felt comfortable, and she did a great job looking after them and our home.
Gaby house and dog sat for us for five days and we were pleased with the care she gave our dogs. This was our first experience with Rover and house-dog sitters. She came to our house for an initial meet and greet and again a few days before we left to go over our normal routine and to coordinate with the sitter we had for the other half of our vacation. She walked the dogs twice a day and tried to follow our normal routine, which we wrote down for her, as much as possible. On one night, the power went out due to a lightning strike on the power grid and she let us know that the dogs were okay via email. She did the laundry before she left. We plan to use her again.
Gaby has been walking my dog, Lucy for the last five months and I couldn't be happier. Lucy is a shy dog and can take time to warm up to people but she was receptive to Gaby from the beginning. Gaby sends pictures and updates on how Lucy is doing with details about their visits. She's also good about making sure that Lucy gets enough physical activity, as Lucy is overweight and sometimes doesn't want to go far. Definitely recommend Gaby!

I am located in the Fox point neighborhood and it’s a very dog friendly place. I like to give dogs an opportunity to sniff in addition to their exercise during the walk.
