I have grown up with dogs, I have many years of experience with training them, and I have been doing agility training with my own dog. I am eager to spend time with your fur baby if I am able, and your pup will receive the best care while in my hands. I also strive to make a personal relationship and connection with my repeat clients. I do this job for fun, and to meet cool dogs and people; also my dog being entertained doesn’t hurt ;). I’m near the Quatama max station. I have experience with special needs dogs (deaf/blind/both), senior dogs, puppies, and some aggressive behavior is acceptable. I can also give you pointers on behavioral problems and how you can adjust them yourself if requested. I love dogs, and they love me. They respond really well to my energy, and I am able to command most dogs with body language alone. I enjoy spending time with dogs most of all, and I’d love to hang out with yours! <3 More about me: I’m a bread baker at New Seasons Market, so during my work week I am available for contact/drop offs/pick ups usually between 12pm-7pm; I work a very early morning shift starting at 4am, so I go to bed early. I have extensive experience with all ages of dogs, I have delivered puppies many times, and even revived a few after coming out backwards with their bags broken; not breathing or moving. I have performed CPR and have gone as far as pulling a blockage from a few dogs throats to prevent suffocation. I however have not received formal training on this. I have received formal nursing and pharmacy technician training, so I can give your dog his/her oral, eye, and ear medication, and you can rest assure your dog is not in the care of an idiot. ;) I’m very much a dog person, but I get along with all animals, and I have experience taking care of a large range of pets; including cats, rabbits, ferrets, hamsters, fish, snakes, rats, and chickens. I grew up in the country outside of Astoria, in a small “village” called “Kissville”; a community of neighbors where everyone knew everyone, and we all took care of each other and our families. Because of this, I have grown to be a very trusting person to a fault, and I often take things upon myself to make sure your fur babies are like my own.
