Pet care experience
I've been around dogs for my entire life, I'm not a dog or cat person, I prefer both. I'm open to using gentle leaders, body harnesses for walks, I think those items are a great backup tool for walking and extra step of safety. I work part time as a cashier at the local grocery store so I do have some time to myself which I'd like to use for Rover. In 2013, I graduated from the Animal Behavior College as a Dog Obedience Trainer. This really strengthened my education on what to expect from different dog breeds, what to be aware of and prepare for. In Tuscarawas county, I doubt you're going to find someone more educated than myself in dog care, I'm confident in my ability to care for your pet.

Any behavior issues while on walks, is there any issue concerning the dog's safety that I need to be aware of while I'm out in public with the dog? For example, dog is agressive to strangers but at home is a total sweetheart, its easy to think just keep the dog away from people but I need to know ahead of time in case a child pursues the dog. No breed preferences, I've owned mastiffs to terriers. Are there any health issues like basset hound has spinal injury?
A typical day
Depending on the area, I look to walk at least 0.5-2miles with your dog. With proper safety and protection I can take your dog to local hiking trails where we both get super fresh air and exercise. As for play, some dogs like to roughhouse, some like ropes, some like squeaky toys, some just want a tennis ball and a belly rub. I adapt to your dog's needs.
