In my lifetime, my family has had seven dogs -- two Shetland Sheepdogs, a German Shepard, a Pitbull, a Rottweiler, a Husky, and a Boxer -- and I've loved them all enormously. I will cross any street anywhere to pet a dog. I've been known to tear up while watching puppy videos. I have experience taking care of dogs, cats, and horses. (But don't tell the cats and horses that dogs are my favorite!) I am responsible, compassionate, and sensitive to dogs' needs and wants. I regard animals as family.
