I am an active, outdoorsy pet lover that will give your dog or cat the attention they need, whether it's watching them while you are on vacation or walks/exercise outside. My first experience with animals was my chocolate lab in 2001 who lived to be 16. After waiting a couple years, I am thrilled to be a dog owner once again to an awesome golden retriever, Nova. Beyond my own personal experience, I have been pet sitting and dog walking for 5 years which includes dogs that are 5-120lbs and will cater to the specific needs of the pet. I have a ton of references so if you wish to contact any I am happy to provide them for you. I loom forward to meeting you and your pet! I am currently a graduate student at UConn so am working a 9-5 day and therefore am only accepting clients for evening and weekend visits. I live in a quiet neighborhood and have a large yard that is surrounded by trees. My dog Nova is extremely friendly, very well socialized and will keep your furry friend entertained. Our favorite thing to do together are pack walks/bikes in the Nathan Hale Homestead which is right across my street. We also like to XC ski and go for swims/SUPs on Coventry Lake.
