ABOUT ME I live two blocks from a dog park and daily take pups (if they are allowed to go and enjoy socializing with other dogs)! I love animals and have proven this dedication by having assisted in multiple prosecutions regarding animal abuse. I recently graduated law school in May 2018. I am studying for the California Bar Exam. Due to my schedule and proven dedication that means you can rest assured your pup is in good hands as I am available to be at home full-time. EXPERIENCE My dedication and love for animals, began as a child, growing up on a farm in Kentucky. Experience caring for cats, dogs, and horses for over 25 years. My mother was dedicated to rescuing strays and has passed her love and knowledge for animals to me. VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE A former volunteer at Laughing Pony Rescue, a non-profit in Rancho Sante Fe rescuing horses, ponies, and donkeys from abuse, slaughterhouses, or both. I am currently studying for the Cal. State Bar exam would be happy to run with your pup! DOG TRAINING Upon request, I am available to not only love and care for your pup but provide any needed training (additional fee). I have over five years of experience providing behavioral therapy based on the scientific method, known as Applied Behavioral Analysis, to help improve your pup's behavior. The training utilizes positive reinforcement to increase desired behaviors so that you can rest assured your dog's progress is furthered while you are away. ANIMALS WITHIN THE HOME My cat, Felix, is declawed and loves dogs. Felix grew up with a golden retriever, often plays with dogs, and lights up when a pup is around. MY OBJECTIVE My goal is to make your best friend feel comfortable you are gone! Whether you need someone to check in on your dog, doggy daycare or overnight care, I am here to help. Knowing your pup is in good hands ensure that you will have a great time while you are away! I am experienced in many areas of care - including walking, giving medications, feeding, loving and caring for your pup. I always send daily photos of your pup so you can rest assured your pup is enjoying his or her stay!

Gabrielle always seems to be available when we need her. She does a great job tracking the walks and taking photos, so we know our dog is getting nice long walks every time we book with her. She also has been willing to feed him before walks in the morning and evening which makes her a nice alternative to boarding.
Gabrielle immediately made me feel comfortable and confident with leaving my pup in her care. It's clear she cares deeply about animals, and has tons of knowledge about how to care for them. She was communicative, friendly and sent lots of photos throughout my dog's stay with her which I always appreciate :)

A typical day
WALKING or RUNNING (or both) Our walks really depend on the time of day and the activity levels of the dogs. I can circle a few blocks, head over to the dog park, or all the way to the harbor and back. I have a dog stroller as well so if the pups are tired and need a break or can't keep up but still need outdoor time it's available. PLAY and SOCIALIZATION Socializing with other dogs at a gated dog park (3 blocks from my home). Walks to the Harbor available TRAINING Training provided upon request (additional fee based upon needed training and upon your fuzzy friend's behavioral baseline (current level) ).
